Range Graded Proportional Circle Map

Range graded proportional maps are very similar to continuously graded proportional maps. However, range graded maps use circles that have a set number of circle sizes.  In this map, the Hispanic population is identified using red circles with the largest circle totaling to 10,000,000 people.
